OSHA Citation Assistance
OECS, Inc. will assist regular clients during an actual OSHA compliance inspection as a result when an OSHA Investigator shows up at your facility or jobsite, our client’s first call is to OECS, Inc. One of our company associates will be present during the initial “walk through.” This response time requires OECS, Inc. to have a very refined internal communication system supported by seasoned safety professionals. OECS, Inc. has developed a redundant communication network to notify field personnel of an OSHA visit with prompt response times.
OECS, Inc. associates will be your “onsite advocate” to answer the OSHA inspector’s questions and help guide you through the inspection process. We are there from start to finish – from the time OSHA shows up on site to the closing conference.
We also assist in the reduction and/or elimination of citations, fines, and penalties. OSHA fines are expensive and time consuming. For many of our clients, we have successfully worked directly with MN OSHA in reducing and/or eliminating hazards. We will also work with you to develop a remedy for OSHA citations.
OSHA Compliance Audit
During our on-site audit or walkthrough of your facility or jobsite, we look for situations or conditions that could trigger an OSHA citation. We also note situations that could be identified as accident potentials and suggest ways to limit and/or reduce that potential.
As part of an initial facility audit system, we can also review your current safety programs and make recommendations where necessary. We will work with you to find cost effective ways to help make your facility or jobsite a safer place to work for your employees.
